- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. plus 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy.

3Add lemon juice, vanilla and eggs.

4Beat real good.

5Pour into graham cracker crust and bake for 1 hour or until center is firm.

6Cool to room temperature.

7Spread with strawberry glaze (optional).

8Chill for 3 hours.

9Loosen edge of cheesecake with knife before removing from pan.
