- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix cottage cheese, sugar and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Add sour cream, then flour and mix well.

4Add lemon juice and vanilla.

5Pour into greased and floured 10-inch spring-form pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Turn off oven but leave cake in oven for 1 hour with heat off.
