- 32 oz. cream cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Bring cream cheese, sour cream and butter to room temperature. Beat with mixer.

2Add sugar, cornstarch and vanilla.

3Add eggs one at a time.

4Mix until smooth.

5Take your 9-inch spring-form pan and line with aluminum foil, then pat with butter.

6Pour batter into pan and bake at 375° for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.

7Turn oven off and let set for 1 hour in the oven.
