  • 32 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Bring cream cheese, sour cream and butter to room temperature. Beat with mixer.

    Add sugar, cornstarch and vanilla.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Mix until smooth.

    Take your 9-inch spring-form pan and line with aluminum foil, then pat with butter.

    Pour batter into pan and bake at 375° for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.

    Turn oven off and let set for 1 hour in the oven.
