- 2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 lb. melted butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter and set aside.

2Mix cheese and sugar.

3Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla.

4Add flour and cornstarch.

5Add butter and stir.

6Fold in sour cream.

7Bake in ungreased spring-form pan in 325° oven for 1 hour.

8Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 2 more hours.

9Cool before cutting cake.
