- 5 eggs
- 4 cream cheese pkg. (12 oz.)
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. butter
- 24 oz. pkg. vanilla wafers, crumbled
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix melted butter and vanilla wafer crumbs.

2Form crust in pan.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

4While crust is cooking, mix eggs, cream cheese, granulated sugar and lemon juice.

5Fill cooked crust with filling.

6Return to oven for 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes).

7Turn off oven; mix sour cream and powdered sugar.

8Pour over cheesecake and return to cooling oven.

9Remove in 15 minutes.
