- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon
- 3/4 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until softened.

2Add eggs, 1 cup sugar, salt and almond extract.

3Beat until smooth and thick.

4Pour into spring pan.

5Bake in 325° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool in pan on cake rack 20 minutes (top will crack).

6Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, sour cream and vanilla.

7Pour over cooled cake.

8Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.

9Cool and then chill.
