- 10 Tbsp. margarine
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cream margarine and brown sugar; add flour and nuts.

2Set aside half of this mixture; press remaining mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

3Blend granulated sugar and softened cream cheese.

4Add eggs, vanilla, milk and lemon juice; beat well.

5Pour over prebaked mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

7Allow to cool, then refrigerate.

8When chilled, cut into squares.
