1Mix all ingredients until smooth-NOT THE TOPPING INGREDIENTS-YOU WILL MAKE THE TOPPING MIXTURE WHILE CUPCAKES ARE IN THE OVEN.

2Fill 24 cupcake paper lined muffin tins-about 2/3 full.

3Bake for 30-40 mins or until tops are slightly brown.

4Remove from oven and top each cake w/ the topping mixture.

5Put back in oven for 5 mins.
