  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients until smooth-NOT THE TOPPING INGREDIENTS-YOU WILL MAKE THE TOPPING MIXTURE WHILE CUPCAKES ARE IN THE OVEN.

    Fill 24 cupcake paper lined muffin tins-about 2/3 full.

    Bake for 30-40 mins or until tops are slightly brown.

    Remove from oven and top each cake w/ the topping mixture.

    Put back in oven for 5 mins.

    Add cherries for garnish.
