  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 18 vanilla wafers
  • strawberry pie filling

Directions

    Mix all together, except wafers, in mixer.

    Put on wafer in bottom of each paper muffin cup.

    Put mixture on top of wafer. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Top with filling.

    You can use different pie filling.
