Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 2/3 cups warm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions

1Place yeast in mixing bowl. then add lukewarm water.

2let it sit for about 3 minutes.

3add salt and sugar and lightly stir .

4now add about 1/2 the flour, gradually add remaining flour. I use my kitchenaid mixer. When dough lifts from side of bowl, form into a ball. Lightly coat top with olive oil and cover top of bowl with plastic wrap. Let stand to rise about 1 hour, then you can either bake as bread or use for pizza dough.
