- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 10 strips bacon, fried crisp
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- seasoned salt
Directions

1Remove stems and wash mushrooms.

2Cook caps in salt water for 15 minutes.

3Drain mushrooms thoroughly and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Combine ingredients and fill mushrooms with mixture.

5Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
