  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine sour cream, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup and onion thoroughly.

    Melt margarine.

    Pour over hash browns.

    Mix in Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until creamy.

    If it is too thick, add water.
