  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/3 c. chopped red pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped yellow pepper
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Unfold pastry and place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Cook and stir mushrooms, onion and peppers in margarine until tender.

    Add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pan.

    Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.

    Makes 24 appetizers.
