  • 14 ounces, weight Canned Artichoke Hearts, Drained Very Well
  • 14 ounces, weight Jarred Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Drained Well And Chopped
  • 14 ounces, weight Canned Chopped Green Chile Peppers, Drained Well
  • 1 cup (Real) Mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces, weight Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

    In a medium bowl, mix artichoke hearts, marinated artichoke hearts, green chile peppers, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbly.
