  • 1 stick abbeycheese
  • 1 bunch babytomatoes
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 2/3 tsp fleur de sel
  • 2/3 tsp lemon pepper

    preheat oven to 160 C degrees

    Cut off the top of the tomato and clean the inside
  3. 3
    mash the abbey cheese (you can use any kind of cheese really as long as it's firm enough eg mozarella) and mix with salt (fleur de sel), lemon pepper, olive oil, basil, oregano and balsamico cream
  4. 4
    fill the hollow tomatoes with te mixture put the top back on and place them in the oven for about 20 minutes (depends on the size of the tomatoes)
