- 2 lbs lean ground beef (I use ground round)
- 34 cup finely chopped onion
- 12 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 cup milk
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 14 cup snipped fresh parsley
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon crushed basil
Directions

1In a medium bowl, crumble the ground beef.

2Add onion, green pepper and bread crumbs.

3In a small bowl, combine eggs, seasonings and milk.

4Add to meat mixture.

5Mix well.

6Pat 1/2 meat mixture into 12-cup fluted Bundt pan.

7(I lightly grease mine).

8Combine cheese filling ingredients.

9Spread over the meat mixture, making sure that the cheese filling does not touch the edges of the pan.

10Top with remaining meat mixture, making sure to cover cheese filling.

11Bake at 350F for 1 hour.

12Combine sauce ingredients.

13Carefully invert beef ring onto ovenproof serving platter.

14Spoon sauce over top.

15Return to oven.

16Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.

17Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
