- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3 Brown 'N Serve French rolls

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, mix first 9 ingredients (5 cups mixture).

3Split rolls in half lengthwise.

4Spread cut sides of each half with heaping 3/4 cup meat mixture.

5Place on foil-lined baking sheet.

6Bake for 35 minutes.
