  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 c. boiled water
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. half and half (milk and cream)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Cut up cream cheese and add to gelatin.

    Add half and half and pour into ring mold.

    Chill until firm.

    Unmold on serving dish.

    Mix fruit and nuts together and place in the center of jelled ring.

    Serves 6 to 8.
