- 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Separate dough into ten biscuits.

2Press or roll each into a 4-inch circle.

3Combine cream cheese and 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese with 1 tablespoon onion.

4Mix.

5Blend well.

6Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture onto center of each biscuit.

7Fold dough in half over filling.

8Press edges with fork to seal.

9In a skillet, brown beef with remaining onion soup mix; drain.

10Stir in soup, remaining Cheddar cheese and eggs; heat until hot and bubbly, stirring quickly to keep eggs from cooking up separately.

11Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; arrange filled biscuits in hot meat mixture.

12Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
