- 2 Tablespoons Low Fat Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese

11. Wash, core, and cut cauliflower into florets.

22. Steam cauliflower in a steamer for 20-25 minutes until fork tender. You could also boil in a pot of water.

33. In a mixing bowl combine cauliflower, butter, milk, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, and cheese.
