  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Fat Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese

    1. Wash, core, and cut cauliflower into florets.

    2. Steam cauliflower in a steamer for 20-25 minutes until fork tender. You could also boil in a pot of water.

    3. In a mixing bowl combine cauliflower, butter, milk, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, and cheese.

    4. Using a hand mixer mix ingredients until they have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately.
