  • boneless chicken breasts (8)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cubes margarine or butter
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
  • bacon

Directions

    Take skin off chicken.

    Slice cream cheese and Swiss cheese into 1-inch slices.

    Slice butter into pats.
  4. 4
    Place 1 slice cream cheese, Swiss cheese and butter in middle of chicken breast.

    Roll up over cheeses and wrap a slice of bacon around outside.

    Place in baking dish.

    Any extra cheese and butter can lay on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until bacon is brown.
