  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put margarine in a large casserole dish and melt in oven.

    Dip chicken in flour and place skin side down in dish.

    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 425°.

    Then turn chicken and bake 15 minutes longer at 425°.

    In bowl, mix cheese, milk, soup and salt.

    Pour over chicken.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
