- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 c. each chopped: carrots, celery and onion
- 2 c. chopped potatoes
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Place vegetables in broth; bring to a boil.

2Cook 15 minutes or until softened.

3Melt butter over low heat.

4Stir in flour. Add milk.

5Simmer until thick, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Add Cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until melted.

6Add chicken to broth mixture.

7Add cheese mixture to broth mixture.

8Stir. Serve.
