- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 egg whites
- 2 slices KRAFT FREE Singles, halved Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
Directions

1Whisk together the egg, milk, chives and pepper.

2Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

3Gently fold through egg mixture.

4Pour half of the mixture into a pre-heated non-stick pan.

5Cook for 3-4 minutes.

6Place under a hot grill until puffed and golden.

7Place cheese halves on one side of the omelette, and flip one side over to form a half circle.

8Serve immediately.

9Repeat with remaining egg mixture and cheese.

10Serve with wholegrain toast, tomatoes and mushrooms.
