Cheesy Chive Omelette

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 slices KRAFT FREE Singles, halved Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06

Directions

    Whisk together the egg, milk, chives and pepper.

    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Gently fold through egg mixture.

    Pour half of the mixture into a pre-heated non-stick pan.

    Cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Place under a hot grill until puffed and golden.

    Place cheese halves on one side of the omelette, and flip one side over to form a half circle.

    Serve immediately.

    Repeat with remaining egg mixture and cheese.

    Serve with wholegrain toast, tomatoes and mushrooms.
