Ingredients

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. chopped potatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen assorted veggies
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Directions

    Combine bouillon cube, water and potatoes in large pot and cook 10 minutes.

    Add onion and assorted veggies.

    Cook 10 minutes or until done.

    Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly until Cheez Whiz is melted; do not boil.

    If soup is thin, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup cold water.
