  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1/4 c. oleo, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 10 English muffins, halved
  • pimento strips (optional)

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients; blend well.

    Spread about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on each muffin half.

    Cut each half into quarters.

    Garnish with pimento strips, if desired.

    Place on baking sheets and broil 5 minutes or until crisp.

    Excellent to make ahead and freeze.
