  • 1 1/2 ounces grappa
  • 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • Ice
  • 4 drops of Angostura bitters

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the grappa, brandy, lemon juice, Simple Syrup and egg white and shake well.

    Add ice and shake again.

    Strain into a chilled coupe, dot with the bitters and draw a straw through the drops.
