- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta pasteurized processed cheese spread, cubed
- 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- salsa
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.

2Mix eggs and milk. Pour into skillet. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.

3Add cheese spread.

4Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cheese spread is melted and eggs are set. Fill tortillas with eggs, lettuce and tomato.

5Roll up.

6Serve with salsa.
