- 1 Tbsp. Parkay butter
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet over low heat.

2Mix eggs and milk; pour into skillet.

3Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until eggs begin to set.

4Add cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and eggs are set.

5Fill tortillas with eggs, lettuce and tomatoes.

6Roll up.
