- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. shredded American cheese or process cheese spread (1 oz.)
Directions

1Thaw fish, if frozen.

2Separate into 4 serving size pieces. Arrange fish in single layer on greased unheated rack of broiler pan in a greased baking pan.

3Tuck under any thin edges.

4Brush half the melted margarine or butter over fish.

5Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.

6Broil fish 4-inches from heat for 5 minutes.

7Turn.

8Brush with remaining melted margarine or butter.

9Broil 5 to 8 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

10Combine catsup, salad dressing or mayonnaise, pickle relish and mustard.

11Spoon atop fillets. Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 minutes more.
