- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Peel potatoes and slice as in French fries.

3Pour potatoes into bag and shake well, coating potatoes.

4Put oil in a long shallow pan.

5Pour potatoes into pan and coat with oil.
