  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 250 g mild goat cheese
  • some white seedless grape, about 40 grapes are enough
  • 100 g chopped roasted pistachio nuts

    Wash grape well and let it dry. Smash the cheese. If not mild, grate it. Adding some olive oil, mix it with the cheese until it turns to smooth hard cream. With the help of 2 spoons roll each grape in this cream and then roll the blobs in a bowl with the chopped pistachios. Cool taste better. Bon appetit!
