Cheesy Hash Brown Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
  • 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onions
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream or half and half or light sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup

Directions

    Mix all together and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Let stand overnight or a few hours to blend flavors.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until golden brown on top.
