  • 1 Lavash Bread Sheet
  • 4 ounces, weight Mayonnaise
  • 3 Eggs, Hard Boiled, Peeled Then Grated On The Large Holes Of A Grater
  • 4 ounces, weight Hard Cheese, Finely Grated
  • 1 Sweet Pepper, Preferably Red, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Finely Diced
  • 1 bunch Dill, Shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced (Omit If You Dont Like Garlic)

Directions

    Prep all ingredients as instructed above.

    Now as all the ingredients are ready, spread the lavash sheet on the table and start laying the filling on top.

    First smear the mayonnaise all over the sheet, then layer on the grated eggs, cheese, pepper, dill and garlic layer by layer.

    After all the ingredients are in place, roll the sheet up tightly.

    Put the roll on a plate or tray, seam side down and put it in the fridge to cool down.

    In half an hour take it out of the refrigerator, cut into 1 inch slices and serve on the big plate.
