- 9/16 cup butter
- 6 1/3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 pears
- 7/8 cup dark chocolate
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

2Melt 80 grams of butter in a bowl in the microwave.

3In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, flour, and the melted butter.

4Peel and dice the pears.

5Add the diced pears and the baking powder to the previous mix.

7Pour the mix into the muffin pan.

8Bake for 20 minutes.

9For the icing, melt 45 grams of butter and the chocolate broken into pieces in a double boiler

10Stir until the chocolate is smooth. Cool. Add powdered sugar, stir well. Put the mixture in a piping bag and form a rosette on each cupcake.

11Then place cupcakes in the refrigerator so that the icing firms up, remove from refrigerator 10 minutes before serving.
