- 3 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can French fried onions (Durkee)
Directions

1Place potatoes in a mixing bowl.

2Add shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces), sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix until fluffy.

3Place in a well-buttered 1 1/2-quart rectangular baking dish and sprinkle the top with canned French fried onions.

4Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until well heated. Serves 4 to 6.
