Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

  • 3 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions (Durkee)

Directions

    Place potatoes in a mixing bowl.

    Add shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces), sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix until fluffy.

    Place in a well-buttered 1 1/2-quart rectangular baking dish and sprinkle the top with canned French fried onions.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven for about 20 minutes or until well heated. Serves 4 to 6.
