  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream together the eggs, sugar and margarine.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into eggs and sugar mixture.

    Add raisins, nuts and coconut.

    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 300° for 1 hour.
