  • 1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese
  • Cheddar cheese

    Fix the whole box of potatoes as directed. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well with mixer. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
