  • 8 large flat mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 12 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • green salad, to serve

Directions

    Place the mushrooms on a roasting sheet and scatter with garlic and thyme.

    Grill for 5 minutes, top with grated cheese and grill for 1 minute, until melted.
