- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 KRAFT White American Cheese Singles
- 2 slices tomato

1Whisk eggs and pepper until blended.

2Heat oil in small nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

3Add egg mixture; cook 2 to 3 min.

4or until almost set, occasionally lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.

5Top with cheese; cook until egg mixture is set but top is still slightly moist.

6Slip spatula underneath omelet, tip skillet to loosen and gently fold omelet in half.

7Cook 1 to 2 min.

8Slide or flip onto plate.

9Serve with tomatoes.
