- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 large onions (about 6 c.), sliced
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Saute onions in butter until clear and slightly browned.

2Layer 2/3's of the cheese and the onions in a 2-quart casserole.

3Heat cream of chicken soup, milk and soy sauce in saucepan.

4Stir and pour mixture over onion and cheese layers and gently mix.
