- 1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour (or regular flour)
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

3In food processor, add flour, milk, salt, eggs, & butter.

4Cover & process for 2 1/2 minutes continuously.

5Add cheese & pulse 2 times to mix.

6Pour into prepared cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

7Bake about 45 to 50 minutes or until golden.

8Serve immediately.
