- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 small jar pimentos
- parsley
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- paprika
- Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Peel potatoes; cut in large pieces and cook until tender. Drain well.

2Melt margarine in pan and saute chopped onion.

3Add to potatoes.

4Add parsley, onion salt and garlic salt to taste and toss potatoes gently.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Slice Velveeta cheese paper thin and place on top of potatoes.

8Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
