- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- Tony Chachere's Seasoning to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste

2Cut up potatoes into cubes, boil, drain, and mash them.

3Save some cheese for topping.

4Stir in butter, grated cheeses and seasoning.
