  • 8 white potatoes
  • 8 oz. Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • Tony Chachere's Seasoning to taste
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cut up potatoes into cubes, boil, drain, and mash them.

    Save some cheese for topping.

    Stir in butter, grated cheeses and seasoning.

    Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
