  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 4 potatoes, sliced thin

Directions

    Combine mayo, flour, salt and pepper.

    Gradually add milk. Cook until thick.

    Add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes.
