- 2 sticks low-fat margarine
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cream together sugar and liquid sweetener.

2Add eggs and mix after each addition.

3Mix all dry ingredients together, add to mixture.

4Add mashed persimmons and crushed pineapple.
