Cheesy Potatoes

  • 1 pkg. 8 frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • corn flakes

Directions

    Place potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sour cream, cheese and soup together.

    Crumble corn flakes on top of pan of potatoes after spreading cheese, soup and sour cream mixture. Then on top of corn flakes, melt 1 to 1 1/2 cups margarine or butter.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
