  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese loaf
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Combine soup, sour cream and salt.

    Cut the stick of butter and the cheese loaf into small chunks.

    Stir these into the soup mixture.

    In a large bowl, mix in the onion and thawed hash browns.

    Bake in a large baking pan at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown.
