- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese loaf
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Combine soup, sour cream and salt.

2Cut the stick of butter and the cheese loaf into small chunks.

3Stir these into the soup mixture.

4In a large bowl, mix in the onion and thawed hash browns.

5Bake in a large baking pan at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown.
