  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes.
