  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 6 slices yellow American cheese
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Put frozen hash browns in a greased 8 x 11-inch casserole dish.

    Break up cheese and place on top of hash browns.

    Melt oleo and stir in soup and milk.

    Pour over cheese and hash browns. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Stir at least once during baking.

    In the last few minutes before done, top with onion rings.
